About this meeting...
In this hands-on session, attendees will learn how to build a personalized AI assistant (“coach”) that supports common Total Rewards and HR workflows, from employee communications and manager FAQs to job architecture drafts and comp philosophy narratives. Participants will learn practical, transferable frameworks for using AI tools safely and effectively, and will leave with something they’ve built that's immediately valuable in their day-to-day work.
- Learn practical frameworks for using generative AI responsibly in HR and Total Rewards contexts
- Identify high impact use cases where AI can improve efficiency and quality of work
- Build and customize an AI assistant that supports real-world Total Rewards workflows
Note: This session is tool-agnostic and designed to work across major AI platforms. Participants will use their own accounts (ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, or Copilot). For those without a paid or work account, Gemini’s free version includes assistant-building functionality (“Gems”).
About Our Speakers...
Julie Scotland is co-founder of Gravi AI, where she builds AI literacy and capability across organizations. She has trained thousands of employees on practical AI adoption, governance, and workflows that deliver measurable gains. Previously, she co-founded Pasito (Y Combinator-backed AI benefits platform), led marketing at AppFolio's MyCase, and held ops and GTM leadership roles across multiple organizations. Julie specializes in making AI accessible to non-technical audiences through responsible adoption frameworks. Her approach: teach people to fish.
Tara Cruz is a corporate AI enablement leader with deep expertise at the intersection of operations and revenue. She has led marketing operations as VP at unicorn AppFolio and directed demand generation as SVP of Marketing at Centerbase. With nearly 20 years of operations experience and extensive AI training, Tara creates efficient pathways to success through AI innovation. She excels at architecting the digital backbone that supports strong growth for businesses, having built these systems from the ground up.
